Because your privacy is important to us, BIZHIVE.BIZ has it's own principles:

1) We specifically ask you when we need information that personally identifies you (your personal Information), like when we ask you for your name, e-mail and address when you register. We use these Personal Information to better undersand your requirements of your membership to BIZHIVE.BIZ, and we occasionally inform you of new features, services and products from BIZHIVE.BIZ unless you opt-out of such notices.

2) BIZHIVE does not ask you to provide personal details of a potentially sensitive nature, such as your ethnic origin or religious beliefs. If however you choose to suply such information to BIZHIVE voluntarily, it will be vewable by any other member or casual visitor to the site and will be processed in accodance with this policy.

3) You MUST be 18 years old or over to join the Bizhive website

4) Bizhive will not select other companies to send you information about their products or services

5) To make sure that the Personal Information you provide to Bizhive is correct and current, you may review and update your personal information at any time.

(6) Personal information that you choose to provide to another web site will be subject to the privacy policies of that web site. For example, if you follow a hyperlink from bizhive.biz to another site (an advertiser or merchant), information you provide is subject to that site's privacy policy rather than our privacy policy.

(7) By its very nature and purpose, the Bizhive website is a medium by which Business professional people seek to make contact with each other. Other members may contact you via the Bizhive forums, the private messaging system, via mass mailing newsletter tools or directly to your e-mail addresses if visible on your profile. You can choose to stop receiving private messages and messages sent via the mass mail tools at anytime. With our specific consent, all the personal information you enter onto the Bizhive site and choose to be displayed, will be viewable by any other member.

(8) We may use that personal information to improve your interaction with the site and with other members of Bizhive. However, during your Bizhive membership registration process, or at any time thereafter, you can control what is visible via the Edit Profile settings when logged in, choosing not to provide this information where this informaiton is optional.

(9) Bizhive has a global membership and as such, your Personal Information may be viewed in countries which may not have the same level of legal protection for Personal Information as exists in Romania.

10) Your personal information may be used by us to promote Bizhive events, services and products that we have available now or may choose to introduce in the future. By signing up for Bizhive membership you are opting into Bizhive announcements and newsletters, you can opt-out of these at any time by changing your account settings.

11) Bizhive may disclose general information about its members (consolidated by geographic location, job title etc) but not individual personal information to third parties without the members permission.

12) You may leave the Bizhive at any time and upon leaving you may demand that ALL the personal information relating to you, be deleted.

13) Subscribers are able to see who within the membership has looked at their profile page

14) If at any time you believe that Bizhive has not adhered to these principles, please notify us by email to office@bizhive.biz  and we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to promptly determine and correct the problem
